Job summary

Sales Rabbit, a software company for roofing and field sales, is seeking an Account Executive (New Business) to help roofing companies see how RoofRabbit can transform their operations—from lead generation to payment.

You will conduct discovery, tailor demos, and drive a full sales cycle with a focus on value-based outcomes. This role rewards initiative, collaboration across teams, and a strong pipeline.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of SaaS sales experience with a proven quota record.
• 2+ years in a quota-carrying closing role selling CRM software.
• Strong discovery and consultative selling skills.
• Ability to deliver tailored product demos for varied use cases.
• Able to sell to SMB and Mid-Market customers.
• Robust CRM discipline and reliable forecasting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Experience selling to trades (roofing/home improvement).

Responsibilities

• Run in-depth discovery calls to uncover real business pain points.
• Map pain points to outcomes and build a business case.
• Deliver value-based product demos tailored to prospects.
• Manage sales process from lead to closed deal meeting quotas.
• Build a healthy pipeline with inbound follow-up and proactive outbound prospecting.
• Maintain an up-to-date CRM pipeline and weekly forecasts.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales engineering, and customer success for smooth handoffs.
