Job summary

Zuper is hiring an Account Executive for Roofing in Seattle to own the full sales cycle in a high-growth vertical. You will build a defined territory, conduct demos, and shape our GTM strategy for residential roofing with an entrepreneurial mindset.

Join a fast-moving team that rewards initiative, collaboration, and measurable impact. The role reports to the CRO and involves 10–20% travel to meet customers and events; a strong track record in SaaS sales and roofing experience is required.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of SaaS or service-based sales experience.
• Direct experience in residential roofing (selling, estimating, coordination, or operations).
• Ability to build pipeline and meet/quota targets.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a 3–4x pipeline to quota through outbound prospecting, inbound conversion, and partner-sourced leads.
• Execute 20–25 qualified demos per month, tailored to roofing workflows such as inspection scheduling, proposal generation, job tracking, and invoicing.
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate and timely CRM data for pipeline, forecasting, and activity metrics.
