Flexibility of travel if necessary.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSA high school diploma or high school equivalency and 3 years of experience with computer support, information technology, and navigating VA benefits processing.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSA credential in Business Administration or Information Technology, or a closely related field from an accredited postsecondary college or university, is strongly preferred.
