Job summary

The State of Georgia, Augusta Technical College, is seeking an Instructional Support Specialist to provide tutoring and academic support in the Success Center.

You will work with adult learners, adapt to diverse language skills, prepare materials, monitor progress, and collaborate with staff to help students stay on track toward completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution.
• Master’s degree in the subject area from a regionally accredited institution.
• Experience with tutoring or supplemental instruction.
• Experience with diverse populations and higher education programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide tutoring and academic support for students in the Success Center.
• Maintain progress records and provide reports as required.
• Use center monitoring software to track utilization.
• Deliver differentiated instruction aligned with adult learners.
• Assist with administrative duties and schedule coverage.
