Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager II, Source to Pay - Value Optimization to own the business value layer of the S2P Reimagined program.

You will translate priorities into measurable initiatives, work with the P2P Celonis instance, and govern the initiative pipeline while aligning with finance and leadership. You will drive KPI frameworks, baselining, and value realization, coordinating across global teams to deliver measurable improvements in procurement processes and cost

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, engineering, finance, or related field; advanced degree a plus.
• 7+ years in procurement, source to pay, finance, or process transformation with cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience owning KPI frameworks, baselining, and value methodology with reconciliation of data.
• Knowledge of process mining and analytics (Celonis a plus) and S2P systems such as SAP and Ariba.
• Ability to influence and govern across teams and drive initiatives to measurable value.
• Experience communicating at executive/steering committee level globally.
• Familiarity with AI and agentic automation concepts and cost implications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the business value layer of S2P Reimagined; translate priorities into initiatives.
• Drive Towers toward the S2P North Star, set targets, and govern the initiative pipeline.
• Turn insights into prioritized, scoped initiatives actively tracked against the North Star.
• Own the North Star KPI framework, baselines, and cost per transaction methodology.
• Maintain an integrated, real-time metric view for leadership and Towers.
• Serve as single point of contact for Towers; intake, prioritize, and convert demand into projects.
• Represent S2P to the technical team; translate priorities into platform improvements with DTAI.
