Job summary

Micron Technology is seeking a Program Manager, Value Optimization (S2P) to own the business value layer of the S2P Reimagined program. You will translate priorities into initiatives and operationalize process intelligence with Celonis, guiding the initiative pipeline from conception to measurable value.

You'll own the North Star KPI framework, collaborate with finance and leadership, and ensure real-time metric visibility across Towers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, engineering, finance or related field.
• 7+ years in procurement, source-to-pay, finance or process transformation.
• Experience owning KPI frameworks and baselining methods.
• Working knowledge of process mining and analytics; Celonis a plus.
• Ability to influence across teams and drive initiatives to value.

Responsibilities

• Owns the business value layer of S2P Reimagined and translates priorities into initiatives.
• Set targets, govern initiative pipeline and provide actionable insights.
• Turn insight into executable, measured initiatives with clear deliverables.
• Owns the North Star KPI framework and reconciliation with finance.
• Maintain a real-time metrics view for leadership and Towers.
• Serve as single point of contact for Towers and translate demand into scoped projects.
• Represent S2P to the technical team and align with DTAI for platform improvements.
• Proactively surface new opportunities within the program.
