Job summary

Micron Technology seeks a dynamic SPMO Coordinator to support strategic programs across the portfolio. You will coordinate between program managers, teams, and leadership, ensuring governance, reporting, and timely decisions in a fast-paced semiconductor environment.

The role emphasizes schedules, risk tracking, and executive-level presentations to enable leadership to drive alignment and accountability across initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years coordinating cross-functional programs in fast-paced environments.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with KPI experience.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Excellent stakeholder management across operations and leadership.
• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination, and execution of strategic programs across the SPMO portfolio.
• Maintain project schedules, action item logs, risk and decision registers, and governance docs.
• Develop, consolidate, and publish project and portfolio status reports and leadership presentations.
• Coordinate governance reviews, leadership meetings, and stage-gate processes.
• Monitor project achievements, risks, dependencies, and action items with collaborators.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among project teams, business partners, and leadership.
• Support portfolio planning, prioritization, resource management, and organizational decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with project management standards while identifying and implementing process improvements.
