Qualifications

• Experience in Source-to-Pay / Procure-to-Pay processes.
• Proven program management discipline with RAID ownership.
• Ability to translate business needs into AI-first workflows.
• Experience with governance, steering committees, and milestone reporting.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, and ERP integrations.

Responsabilités

• Shape the future-state AI workflow strategy with S2P leadership.
• Own end-to-end execution of AI workflows from requirements to production.
• Translate procurement and AP needs into agent designs and user stories.
• Lead the tower's delivery cadence and manage backlogs, sprints, and governance.
• Coordinate with GPSC business, IT, and external partners to unblock work.
• Maintain RAID in the program system and present KDDs to governance.
• Manage cross-tower dependencies and address blockers across related programs.
• Embed AI governance, security, and SOX/policy controls from design onward.
• Drive adoption through change management and training.
• Report progress, health, and benefits realization to leadership.
