Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years in program management, transformation delivery, or procurement/finance operations.
• Experience leading digital, automation, or AI/agentic transformation programs from concept through production deployment.
• Strong working knowledge of Source-to-Pay / Procure-to-Pay processes and enabling technologies (e.g., SAP, Ariba, contract lifecycle management).
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and to partner effectively with IT, enterprise architecture, and data teams.
• Experience operating within a formal program governance model — managing RAID logs, design decisions, change control, and executive reporting.
• Familiarity with AI governance, model/data security, and compliance considerations (e.g., SOX) in an enterprise setting.
