Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. seeks a Program Manager for S2P Transformation focusing on AI-first workflows. You will shape the future-state AI strategy and own end-to-end delivery, coordinating with GPSC, IT, and business teams to move agentic flows from requirements through production at scale.

The role demands 8+ years in program management, strong S2P domain knowledge, and experience with governance, risk, and design decisions. A matrixed, global environment is expected.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in program/project management or transformation delivery.
• Experience leading digital, automation, or AI/agentic transformation programs from concept through production deployment.
• Strong knowledge of Source-to-Pay / Procure-to-Pay processes and enabling technologies (e.g., SAP, Ariba, contract lifecycle management).
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and partner with IT, enterprise architecture, and data teams.
• Experience operating within a formal program governance model — managing RAID logs, design decisions, change control, and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Shape the future-state AI workflow strategy.
• Define vision, roadmap, and prioritization for the AI tower's agentic workflows.
• Own end-to-end execution of AI workflows from requirements to deployment.
• Drive prioritized agentic flows (e.g., Tactical Sourcing, Accounts Payable) into production.
• Translate business needs into AI-first solutions and agent designs.
• Lead the tower's delivery cadence and governance.
