Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a procurement technologist to drive the strategy and execution of a global S2P ecosystem built on Zip HQ and Oracle Fusion Cloud. You will bridge user-centric intake with strict financial controls and automate complex workflows.

The role requires in-depth knowledge of the S2P lifecycle, cross-platform configuration, and data governance to ensure audit-ready records and seamless procurement operations across multiple regions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Oracle Fusion Procurement (Self-Service, Purchasing, Supplier Model)
• 2+ years with Zip HQ
• Deep understanding of the S2P lifecycle and 3-way matching
• Experience managing API-based integrations between intake-to-procure tools and ERPs

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize the global S2P process across Zip and Oracle Fusion
• Lead Zip intake workflows and configure Oracle Purchasing and Supplier Portals
• Manage Zip-to-Oracle integration data flow and reconcile changes
• Partner with Global Procurement, Legal, and Accounting to translate policies into workflows
• Govern data integrity across Zip UI and Oracle GL
