Job summary

FIS is seeking an experienced Oracle Procurement specialist to manage large procurement systems projects and mentor the team. You will guide process optimization, integration of acquisitions into the Oracle platform, and collaboration with IT and business stakeholders to improve efficiency.

You will lead testing cycles, data validation, and end-user training while ensuring catalog governance and S2P alignment across departments. A strong background in Oracle Purchasing is required.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of experience with Oracle Purchasing and Expenses / Oracle Fusion Procurement modules.
• Expertise in procurement operations, system configuration, workflow design and troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of Source to Pay processes including requisitioning, PO management, supplier enablement, and catalog governance.
• Experience with testing, integrations, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a functional SME for Oracle Purchasing and Expenses, including configuration, upgrade management, and operational support.
• Provide hands-on leadership for the RSSP rollout, aligning Procurement, Technology and stakeholders.
• Manage integration of acquired companies into Oracle platform; validate requirements, design, test, and cutover support.
• Oversee data validation and data conversion for all purchasing transactions.
• Deliver end-user training on FIS processes and tools.
• Lead system testing cycles (functional, regression, UAT) tied to Oracle patches and new features.
• Support catalog management activities like setup, maintenance, and data-quality monitoring.
• Coordinate with Sourcing, AP, Finance and Supplier Management to ensure seamless S2P operations.
