Cloudflare is seeking a Procurement Systems Developer in Seattle to drive the strategy and execution of our global procurement technology ecosystem, leveraging Zip HQ and Oracle Fusion as core platforms.

You will bridge the gap between user-centric intake and rigorous financial controls, delivering automated workflows that maintain data integrity across Zip and Oracle while guiding AI-driven automation for compliant S2P processes.

Qualifications

• Procurement technologist with understanding of the Source-to-Pay lifecycle.
• Bridge user-centric intake with financial controls and automated workflows.
• Translate business requirements from Legal, Finance, and Global Sourcing into technical specs.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Process Architecture: design and optimize global S2P process between Zip and Oracle Fusion.
• Dual-Platform Configuration: lead Zip and Oracle Procurement; build intake workflows and configure requisitioning, purchasing, supplier portals.
• Integration Ecosystem Management: own Zip-to-Oracle data flow across Requisitions, POs, and Master Data; ensure in-flight changes sync.
• Strategic Business Partnership: lead sessions with Global Procurement, Legal, Accounting; translate policies into logic in the tech stack.
• Data Governance & Compliance: ensure Oracle remains audit-ready; map category codes, cost centers, and tax attributes between Zip UI and Oracle GL.
• Release Management: manage quarterly updates for Zip and Oracle; assess impact of new features on workflows.
• AI Procurement Agent Strategy & Governance: drive adoption and governance of Oracle AI agents to ensure compliant automation.
