Job summary

Cloudflare is seeking an Oracle Procurement Lead to architect and govern the global S2P tech stack. You will bridge intake with financial controls, translating complex requirements from Legal, Finance, and Global Sourcing into automated workflows across Zip and Oracle Fusion.

The role focuses on solution architecture, end-to-end process design, platform configuration, and AI governance within the procurement ecosystem to ensure audit-ready systems and compliant, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Experience across the ERP Source-to-Pay lifecycle, with strong architecture and governance.
• Proficient in Oracle Fusion Procurement and Requisitioning configurations.
• Data governance and compliance expertise for system of record migrations.
• Ability to partner with Legal, Finance and Global Sourcing to translate policies into tech rules.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain long-term technical architecture for the procurement ecosystem.
• Design and optimize the global S2P process across upstream sourcing to downstream purchasing.
• Lead functional configuration for Oracle Fusion Procurement and related portales.
• Oversee integration health between Zip and Oracle Fusion and ensure data consistency.
