Qualifications

• 10+ years hands-on experience in Oracle Procurement (Self-Service Procurement, Sourcing, Purchasing, Supplier Model, Contracts)
• 5+ years experience in Oracle Fusion Procurement
• Deep understanding of the Source-to-Pay lifecycle including PR/PO, Accounting, and CLM
• Experience managing API-based integrations between Intake-to-Procure tools

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the long-term technical architecture for the procurement ecosystem.
• Design and optimize the global S2P process for frictionless hand-off between upstream sourcing and downstream purchasing.
• Build complex intake workflows and configure Requisitioning, Purchasing, and Supplier Portals in Oracle.
• Own the functional health of Oracle procurement integrations and monitor data flow between systems.
• Lead discovery sessions with Global Procurement, Legal, and Accounting to translate policy into technical logic.
• Ensure data governance and system of record integrity across Zip and Oracle GL.
• Manage quarterly update cycles for Oracle and assess impact of new features.
• Oversee Oracle Fusion lifecycle management from requisitioning to invoice matching.
• Configure and maintain Oracle Fusion supplier master data and trade configuration.
