Job summary

Cloudflare is seeking an experienced Oracle Procurement Architect to drive strategy, design, and execution of a global procurement tech stack using Oracle Fusion Cloud and Zip orchestration. You will bridge user requirements with financial controls across Legal, Finance, and Global Sourcing.

The role requires deep S2P expertise, API integrations, and governance of AI-driven automation, ensuring compliant, auditable processes across the ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 10+ years hands-on experience in Oracle Procurement (Self-Service Procurement, Sourcing, Purchasing, Supplier Model, Contracts).
• 5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Procurement.
• Deep understanding of the Source-to-Pay (S2P) lifecycle, including PR/PO lifecycle, Accounting, and CLM.
• Proven experience managing API-based integrations between Intake-to-Procure tools and Tier-1 ERPs.
• Ability to map complex, cross-functional business processes and identify opportunities for automation or bottleneck removal.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the long-term technical architecture for the procurement ecosystem, ensuring system scalability, security, and interoperability between Zip and Oracle Fusion.
• Design and optimize the global S2P process, ensuring smooth hand-offs between upstream sourcing and downstream purchasing/payables (Oracle Fusion).
• Act as the functional lead for Oracle Fusion Procurement; configure requisitioning, purchasing, and supplier portals.
• Own the functional health of Oracle procurement system integrations; monitor data flow and ensure consistency across systems.
• Lead discovery sessions with Global Procurement, Legal, and Accounting; translate policies into precise logic in the tech stack.
• Ensure Oracle remains audit-ready; manage mapping of Category Codes, Cost Centers, and Tax attributes between Zip and Oracle GL.
• Manage quarterly update cycles for Oracle; conduct impact assessments for new features.
• Lead governance of AI agents in Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications to drive compliant automation.
• Oversee lifecycle management within Oracle Fusion, including requisitioning, purchase orders, receipts, and invoice matching.
• Configure and maintain Oracle Fusion supplier master data and trade configurations for global needs.
