CannonDesign is seeking a Market Leader to guide a Denver-area market. You will shape the Market Business Plan, lead high-performance teams, and serve as a senior liaison to clients, executives, and design professionals.

You will drive growth through new business, nurture long-term client relationships, and champion Living-Centered Design across engagements. The role blends strategy, mentoring, and brand leadership with accountability for profitability and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 12 years minimum experience with strategic growth, market and team leadership, and business development success in the S&T Market.
• Additional certifications and/or training relevant to this role are preferred.
• Strong presentations skills are essential.
• Exceptional client and people leadership skills required.
• Professional acumen and maturity demonstrated by the ability to communicate authentically and respectfully is essential.
• Strong business acumen and proven ability to create and execute strategy is needed.
• Ability to inspire, motivate and develop high-performing, accountable teams.
• Must be able to demonstrate sound judgement and a sound approach regarding risk management and mitigation.
• Some travel required.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Market Business Plan development and execution.
• Grow top line by identifying and pursuing new target clients and nurturing existing relationships.
• Engage with clients at the highest levels on billable project work.
• Act as a leading voice for the market externally and internally.
• Mentor market team members and recruit talent to maintain a high-performing team.
• Collaborate with leaders to ensure profitability and align with firm-wide goals.
