Job summary

CannonDesign is seeking a senior leader to cultivate Education market relationships, lead client teams, and drive strategic growth across our projects. You will integrate services, mentor staff, and ensure high-quality outcomes while advancing Living-Centered Design principles throughout engagements.

The role emphasizes client leadership, business development, and cross-office collaboration to deliver innovative design solutions and sustainable financial performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the Education Market, preferably in the A/E/I industry.
• Bachelor degree in a relevant field.
• Current Registration/Licensure in Architecture, Interior Design or Engineering preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Business acumen and proven ability to execute strategy.
• Some travel required.

Responsibilities

• Lead client and project teams on Education projects and build new business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships with existing clients to grow revenue.
• Lead high-performance teams and collaborate across CannonDesign to deliver high-quality design solutions.
