You will be responsible for a minimum growth of 10% year over year, mentoring team members, and enhancing market brand visibility. Candidates must have at least 12 years of experience and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of experience with proven market leadership and business development success.
• Current Registration/Licensure in Architecture, Interior Design, or Engineering preferred.
• Strong presentation skills and exceptional client leadership capabilities required.
