Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• Current Registration/Licensure in Architecture, Interior Design or Engineering preferred.
• 12+ years of experience with proven strategic growth, market and team leadership in S&T.
• Strong presentations skills are essential.
• Exceptional client and people leadership skills.
• Ability to inspire, motivate and develop high-performing teams.
• Sound judgement and risk management approach.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead the S&T market in the Houston office and develop the Market Business Plan.
• Grow top-line revenue by pursuing new and existing client opportunities.
• Engage with clients at senior levels to secure billable project work.
• Mentor market team members and recruit top talent.
• Champion Living-Centered Design and firm brand externally and internally.
• Collaborate across offices to advance market differentiation and profitability.
• Plan and lead staff development and inclusion initiatives.
