Job summary

The Andersons is seeking an experienced S&OP Manager to lead the S&OP team and drive capacity planning to meet customer demand. You will translate forecasts into monthly production plans, publish performance reports, and ensure alignment with organizational goals across facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 5-7 years’ relevant experience required.

Responsibilities

• Manage capacity on a monthly and quarterly basis to align production with demand.
• Translate sales and operations plan, forecasts, and current orders into a monthly production plan per facility.
• Establish, measure, monitor and adjust capacity levels to execute all production schedules.
• Assemble and publish reports regarding performance to business plan, shipment plan, inventory plan and production plan.
• Compile raw materials demands and coordinate with planners, coordinators and purchasing to ensure uninterrupted production.
