Job summary

The Wright Center is looking for a Ryan White Program Assistant in Scranton, PA. This role provides vital administrative support to the HIV & Preventative Services Director and involves a variety of responsibilities including managing client communications, data entry into Careware, and oversight of hygiene product distribution.

The ideal candidate will have an Associate degree, experience with health care services for clients with HIV/AIDS, and excellent communication skills. This is a critical role in contributing to effective patient care and program support.

Qualifications

• Must have experience working with adults living with HIV/AIDS.
• Ability to maintain effective relationships with various clients.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting regulations pertaining to health insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Director of HIV & Preventative Services.
• Assist clients with health insurance enrollments and applications.
• Manage personal hygiene product program and assist with outreach.
