• Delivers backhaul mail and freight to post office or mainline carriers promptly.

• Supervises staging of flight loads.
• Assists customers with shipping, receiving, or locating freight orders in person or by phone.
• Supervises daily maintenance and fluid checks on ground service equipment.
• Notifies Station Manager or Cargo Manager of operational discrepancies or needs.
• Assists with employee disciplinary actions.
• Other duties as assigned.
