Job summary

Camping World Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Warranty Administrator to join our growing team in New Jersey. The role focuses on fostering strong customer relations, handling warranty authorizations, and supporting service operations.

You will assist Service Advisors with work orders, coordinate appointments, and ensure proper documentation and follow-up on warranty receivables. The position emphasizes professionalism and adherence to dealership procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year RV experience preferred but not required.
• Strong computer skills.
• Working knowledge of proper and safe use of equipment.
• Excellent organizational/sequencing skills.
• Working knowledge of Service Department policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Foster and maintain excellent relations between customers and store.
• Answer incoming telephone calls in a courteous and professional manner.
• Assist Service Advisor in scheduling service appointments according to scheduling policies.
• Greet all incoming customers professionally and courteously.
• Assist Service Advisors in writing up incoming customers' work orders.
• Obtain any needed warranty or customer authorization prior to working on units, including photographs and faxes as required by policy.
• Follow up on warranty receivables to ensure timely payment and schedule appointments for special order parts.
• Fill in as needed as service dispatcher.
• Participate in training as prescribed by management.
• Assist Technicians with diagnosis, authorization, or repairs.
• Follow up on open work orders per dealership policy.
• Follow all rules and laws regarding moving dealership-owned or customer units.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
