Camping World Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team in Wisconsin. You will initiate and process requests for repair services and provide administrative support to the Service Department as well as keep customers apprised of work progress.

Your responsibilities include determining product needs with customers, suggesting add-ons to increase transaction value, and providing price estimates before scheduling. Strong organization and policy adherence are essential.

Competenze

At least 1 year of service experience preferred.
Experience with RV products or camping lifestyle.
Strong computer and internet search abilities.
Excellent organization and follow-up skills.
Ability to follow department procedures and policies.
Valid driver’s license preferred.
May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
Prolonged standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.

Determine specialized product needs by working directly with customers.
