Job summary

Fun Town RV is seeking a Title Clerk to manage title transfers and vehicle registrations, ensuring regulatory compliance and accurate records. You will process internal and out-of-state titles, handle DMV paperwork, and maintain detailed electronic records to support a smooth customer experience at our Texas locations.

The role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and familiarity with dealership management software.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1-2+ years of accounting experience and dealership/title processing exposure encouraged.
• Strong computer proficiency; typing 50 WPM+; proficient with MS Office and dealership software.
• Knowledge of DMV rules and title/registration processes a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills; able to meet deadlines and handle administrative duties.

Responsibilities

• Process new and used vehicle title transfers and submit documents to the tax office.
• Handle out-of-state title transfers with proper documentation and compliance.
• Complete DMV registration paperwork with accuracy and timeliness.
• Input title and registration data into dealership management systems; maintain electronic records.
• Coordinate with DMV offices to obtain fees and ensure title transfer accuracy.
• Support clerical, accounting, and bookkeeping tasks; assist in month-end reporting.
