Job summary

Blue Compass RV is seeking a Title Clerk to join our team. You will handle vehicle registration information, process legal documents, and ensure state-required filings with accuracy and attention to detail.

As part of a fast-growing RV network, you will maintain meticulous records in the DMS, coordinate with dealerships, and support daily office tasks while delivering courteous service to customers and coworkers.

Qualifications

• Must ensure accurate and timely titling/registrations of customer vehicles purchases.
• Process the acquisition of Trade titles from original owners.
• Submit and verify completed lien payoffs.
• Handle Title transfers to sister dealerships.

Responsibilities

• Record and maintain inventory in DMS Accounting System.
• Review and submit deal files to Corporate Accounting.
• Reconcile daily bank deposits for dealership.
• Process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable entries.
