Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Title Clerk to manage motor vehicle title processing, registrations, and related state documents. The role emphasizes organization, accuracy, and attention to detail in handling filings and records.

You will handle title acquisitions, lien payoffs, and title transfers to dealerships, ensuring timely titling and inventory record maintenance using IDS Accounting System. Strong knowledge of state tax codes and loan origination will be beneficial.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of title work experience.
• Knowledge of title requirements in every state.
• Familiarity with DMV rules and requirements.
• Knowledge of loan origination functions.
• Knowledge of state tax codes.
• Knowledge of multi-state sales tax.
• Microsoft Office experience preferred.
• Detail oriented and well organized.
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices.

Responsibilities

• Process the acquisition of titles from original owners.
• Make lien payoffs.
• Title transfers to the receiving dealership.
• Ensure accurate and timely titling/registrations of vehicles.
• Record and maintain new and used inventory on IDS Accounting System.
