Bish’s RV is seeking a driven Customer Solutions Specialist to guide customers through service visits and upgrade opportunities at our Lincoln/Roca location. You’ll earn commissions based on performance while delivering friendly, consultative sales in a fast-paced, service-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Retail or service sales experience is required.
• Strong communication and persuasive, consultative selling approach.
• Availability to work Saturdays.
• Ability to pass background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers during service check-ins and walk-ins.
• Proactively recommend upgrades, add-ons, and accessories.
• Quote prices and book service appointments.
• Keep customers informed on progress and opportunities.
• Maintain timely, professional communication throughout the journey.
• Use CRM and scheduling tools to track leads and outcomes.
• Support team and participate in sales and service training.
