Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Technician (Flat–Rate) to join our growing team in Tulsa. Candidates should have advanced diagnostic and repair skills for RV systems, generators, and coach body repairs, with a passion for fixing mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and maintenance problems.

The role offers hands-on work, safety-conscious environment, and opportunities for certifications. Expect a competitive hourly pay range and a comprehensive benefits package for full-time associates.

Qualifications

• Certification from college or technical school in trade field is helpful but experience may count.
• Minimum of 1-year service technician experience or related fields preferred.
• RVIA certification helpful but not required.
• Must furnish own hand/shop tools.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document complete diagnostic test and repair or replacement services to customers.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance.
• Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements.
• Keep supervisor apprised of work progress.
• Ensure that the final work product meets quality standards and is inspected by supervisor or designee.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers.
