Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Technician (Flat–Rate) to diagnose and repair RV systems, generators, and coach bodies. You will handle electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry tasks, documenting tests and repairs for customers. The role requires attention to detail, self-motivation, and the ability to work safely in a shop environment.

We welcome applicants with trade certifications or relevant experience. RVIA certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Certification in trade field is helpful but relevant work experience is valued.
• Minimum of 1 year service technician experience preferred.
• RVIA certification is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document complete diagnostic test and repair or replacement services to customers
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance
• Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements
• Keep supervisor apprised of work progress
• Ensure final work product meets quality standards and is inspected
• Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers
