Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Technician (Flat-Rate) to join our growing team. The role focuses on advanced diagnostic and repair work for RV coach systems, generators, and coach body repairs.

You’ll handle mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, electrical and maintenance tasks with a commitment to quality and safety. The position offers hands-on training, opportunities to get certified, and a path to growth within a national RV service network.

Qualifications

• Trade school or college certification in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or maintenance.
• Minimum 1 year service technician experience or related fields preferred.
• RVIA certification helpful but not required.
• Must furnish own hand tools.
• Must lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document complete diagnostic test and repair or replacement services to customers.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance.
• Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements.
• Keep supervisor apprised of work progress.
