Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Technician (Flat–Rate) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess advanced diagnostic and repair skills for RV coach systems, generators, and body repairs, with a passion for fixing mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical issues.

The role requires attention to detail, self-motivation, and the ability to work safely in a dynamic environment while documenting all work and maintaining tools and shop area.

Qualifications

• Certification in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, or maintenance preferred.
• Experience working on RV coach systems and repairs is desirable.
• Ability to diagnose and document repairs and tests accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document complete diagnostic tests and repairs or replacements to customers.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance as required.
• Track parts and materials used in repairs; report progress to supervisor.
• Ensure final work meets quality standards and is inspected by supervisor.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area for customers and coworkers.
