Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Technician (Flat-Rate) with strong diagnostic and repair skills for RV coach systems, generators, and coach body repairs. You will fix mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and maintenance issues with attention to detail and safety.

The role includes performing diagnostic tests, documenting work, tracking parts, and ensuring work meets quality standards. Training is provided for certification as needed.

Qualifications

• Certification from college or technical school in trade field is helpful but experience may substitute
• Minimum of 1-year service technician experience or related field preferred
• RVIA certification helpful but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide and document complete diagnostic test and repair or replacement services to customers
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance
• Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements
• Keep supervisor apprised of work progress
• Ensure final work product meets quality standards and is inspected by supervisor or designee
• Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers
