Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Technician (Flat–Rate) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will diagnose and repair RV coach systems, generators, and coach bodies, with strong attention to detail and self-motivation.

We will consider uncertified applicants for training and certification where needed. You will perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance, document tests, track parts, and ensure workmanship meets quality standards.

Qualifications

• Certification from college or technical school in trade field is helpful but not required.
• Minimum of 1 year service technician experience preferred.
• RVIA certification is helpful but not required.
• Must furnish own hand tools and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document complete diagnostic test and repair or replacement services to customers
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance
• Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements
• Keep supervisor apprised of work progress
• Ensure that the final work product meets quality standards and is inspected by supervisor or designee
• Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers
