Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Technician (Flat–Rate) to diagnose and repair RV systems, generators, and coach components. The role requires hands-on skills in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical maintenance, with focus on safety and quality workmanship. Training and RVIA certification help, but are not required.

Qualifications

• Certification from college or technical school in a trade field is helpful.
• Minimum of 1-year service technician experience preferred.
• RVIA certification helpful but not required.
• Must furnish own hand/shop tools.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document complete diagnostic test and repair or replacement services to customers.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance.
• Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements.
• Keep supervisor apprised of work progress.
• Ensure that the final work product meets quality standards and is inspected by supervisor or designee.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers.
