Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Technician (Flat–Rate) to join our growing team in the RV service network. The role focuses on advanced diagnostics and repair of RV coach systems, generators, and bodywork. You’ll fix mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and maintenance issues and may earn certification through the company.

A hands-on, safety‑minded professional is ideal. You’ll perform diagnostics, electrical/plumbing/maintenance tasks, track parts, report progress, and ensure finished

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year service technician experience or related fields preferred.
• RVIA certification helpful but not required.
• Certification from college or technical school in trade field is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document complete diagnostic test and repair or replacement services to customers.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance.
• Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements.
• Keep supervisor appraised of work progress.
• Ensure that the final work product meets quality standards and is inspected by supervisor or designee.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers.

Skills

1 year service technician experience

Valid driver's license (preferred)

Education

Trade certification (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Maintenance)

RVIA certification (helpful)
