Job summary

Camping World in the United States is seeking a Service Technician (Flat–Rate) to join our growing team. The role focuses on advanced diagnostics and repairs for RV coach systems, generators, and coach body work, with a passion for fixing mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and maintenance problems.

We provide on‑the‑job training and certify staff as needed. Candidates should have at least 1 year of service tech experience; RVIA cert is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• College/technical school certification helpful; relevant work experience valued.
• Minimum 1 year service tech experience preferred.
• RVIA certification helpful but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document diagnostic tests and repair or replacement services to customers.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance.
• Track parts and materials used in repairs.
• Keep supervisor updated on work progress.
• Ensure final work meets quality standards and is inspected.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area for customers and coworkers.
