Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Technician (Flat–Rate) to join our growing team. We are looking for someone with advanced diagnostic and repair skills for RV coach systems, generators and coach body repairs.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about fixing mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and maintenance problems and will work to certify individuals when needed. The role requires hands-on diagnostics, electrical and plumbing tasks, and safe, quality repairs.

Qualifications

• Trade school or college certification in a trade field (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Maintenance, etc.) is helpful but experience matters.
• Minimum of 1 year of service technician experience or related fields is preferred.
• RVIA certification helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document complete diagnostic test and repair or replacement services to customers.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance.
• Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements.
• Keep supervisor apprised of work progress.
• Ensure that the final work product meets quality standards and is inspected by supervisor or designee.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers.
