Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Technician (Flat–Rate) to diagnose and repair RV coach systems, generators, and coach bodies. The role emphasizes mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance with opportunities for certification support.

We value hands-on problem solving, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while maintaining safety and quality standards. Compensation includes benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Certification from college or technical school in a trade is helpful; relevant work experience is valued.
• Minimum of 1-year service technician experience or related fields preferred.
• RVIA certification helpful but not required.
• May be exposed to heights and hazards related to working with electrical and welding equipment.
• Prolonged standing, bending, stooping and crawling.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document complete diagnostic test and repair or replacement services to customers.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance.
• Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements.
• Keep supervisor appraised of work progress.
• Ensure final work product meets quality standards and is inspected by supervisor or designee.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers.
