Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Technician (Flat–Rate) to join our growing team in the RV service department. The ideal candidate will have advanced diagnostic and repair skills for RV coach systems, generators and coach body repairs, and a passion for fixing mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and maintenance problems.

We offer certification support and value hands-on experience. You will perform diagnostics, electrical and plumbing maintenance, track parts, and ensure quality work,

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of service technician experience or related fields preferred.
• RVIA certification is helpful but not required.
• Must furnish own hand and shop tools.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Potential exposure to heights and hazards; physical demands.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document complete diagnostic test and repair or replacement services to customers
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance
• Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements
• Keep supervisor apprised of work progress
• Ensure final work meets quality standards and is inspected by supervisor
• Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers
