Job summary

Camping World Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Service Technician (Flat–Rate) to diagnose and repair RV systems, generators, and coach bodies. The role emphasizes advanced diagnostic and repair skills across mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and maintenance tasks.

You will document tests, track parts, maintain safety, and ensure final work meets quality standards. Training and RVIA certification are considered; applicants should have tools and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Certification from college or technical school in a trade field is helpful but not required.
• Minimum of 1-year service technician experience or related fields preferred.
• RVIA certification helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document complete diagnostic test and repair or replacement services to customers.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance.
• Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements.
• Keep supervisor appraised of work progress.
• Ensure that the final work product meets quality standards and is inspected by supervisor or designee.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers.
