Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Technician (Flat-Rate) to diagnose and repair RV coach systems, generators and coach bodies. The role involves electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and mechanical tasks performed with attention to safety and quality.

We support certification and welcome candidates with RVIA experience. You will be expected to lift up to 50 lbs and use your own tools, with emphasis on reliable workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year service technician experience or related fields preferred.
• RVIA certification helpful but not required.
• Certification from college or technical school in a trade field is helpful but not required.
• Potential exposure to heights and hazards related to electrical/welding equipment.
• Must furnish own hand/shop tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document complete diagnostic test and repair or replacement services to customers.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance.
• Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements.
• Keep supervisor apprised of work progress.
• Ensure final work product meets quality standards and is inspected.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers.
