Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Technician (Flat–Rate) to diagnose and repair RV coach systems, generators and body components. You’ll document tests, perform electrical/plumbing/carpentry work, and track parts while maintaining safety and quality standards.

We offer opportunities to earn RVIA-related certifications, require tools, and value self-motivation and attention to detail in a fast-paced service environment.

Qualifications

• Certification from college or technical school in a trade field is helpful.
• RVIA certification helpful but not required.
• Minimum of 1-year service technician experience or related fields preferred.
• Must furnish own hand/shop tools.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
• Prolonged standing, stooping, crawling and bending; safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document complete diagnostic test and repair or replacement services to customers
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance
• Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements
• Keep supervisor appraised of work progress
• Ensure the final work meets quality standards and is inspected
