Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Technician (Flat–Rate) to diagnose and repair RV coach systems, generators, and coach bodies. The role requires strong mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and maintenance skills, with on‑the‑job training possible for certifications.

You will document diagnostics, perform maintenance across systems, and manage parts inventory while keeping supervisors informed of progress. We offer a robust benefits package and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Trade-school certification is helpful, but applicable work experience is also accepted.
• Minimum of 1-year service technician experience preferred.
• RVIA certification is helpful but not required.
• Must furnish own hand tools and be able to lift 25–50 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document complete diagnostic test and repair or replacement services to customers.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance.
• Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements.
• Keep supervisor apprised of work progress.
• Ensure final work meets quality standards and is inspected by supervisor.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers.
