Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Technician (Flat–Rate) to join our growing team in Indiana. You will apply advanced diagnostic and repair skills across RV coach systems, generators, and coach body work to keep our customers on the road.

The role emphasizes hands-on maintenance across mechanical, plumbing, HVAC and electrical systems, with focus on safety and quality. Certifications are available; experience in RV service is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Trade field certification is helpful but relevant work experience is considered.
• Minimum 1 year service technician experience or related fields preferred.
• RVIA certification helpful but not required.
• Must furnish own hand tools and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document complete diagnostic test and repair or replacement services to customers.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance.
• Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements.
• Keep supervisor appraised of work progress.
• Ensure that the final work product meets quality standards and is inspected by supervisor or designee.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers.
