Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Technician (Flat–Rate) to join our growing team. We look for someone with advanced diagnostic and repair skills for RV coach systems, generators and coach body repairs.

You will be responsible for maintenance across mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, electrical and related systems, with on‑site safety and quality checks. A successful RV Technician will be detail oriented, self-motivated and capable of independent work.

Qualifications

• Certification of college/technical school in trade field is helpful but work experience is considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic test and repair or replacement services to customers.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance.
• Track parts and materials used in repairs or replacements.
• Keep supervisor apprised of work progress.
• Ensure final work meets quality standards and is inspected.

Education

Trade school certification (HVAC/Electrical/Plumbing/Maintenance)
