Job summary

Camping World seeks a Service Technician (Flat–Rate) in Texas to diagnose and repair RV systems, including generators and coach body work. The role requires hands-on skills in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and related trades, with a focus on quality, safety, and efficient problem-solving.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of service technician experience; RVIA certification is a plus. Camping World offers growth opportunities and a path to certification for those not yet certified.

Qualifications

• Certification from college or technical school in a trade field (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Maintenance, etc.) is helpful but not required.
• Minimum of 1 year service technician experience or related fields preferred.
• RVIA certification helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document complete diagnostic tests and repair or replacement services to customers.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance as needed.
• Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area and keep supervisor informed of progress.
