Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Technician (Flat-Rate) in Texas to diagnose, repair, and maintain RV systems, generators and coach bodies. You should be capable in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance, with strong attention to detail and safety.

Certification opportunities are available through the company, and RVIA certification is a plus but not required. The role involves hands-on diagnostics, parts tracking, and communication with supervision.

Qualifications

• Certification from college or technical school in a trade field is helpful.
• Minimum of 1 year service technician experience or related fields preferred.
• RVIA certification helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document complete diagnostic test and repair or replacement services to customers.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance.
• Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements.
• Keep supervisor apprised of work progress.
• Ensure final work meets quality standards and is inspected.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers.
