Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Technician (Flat–Rate) for our growing team. You will diagnose and repair RV systems, generators, and body components, documenting tests and parts used.

The role requires hands-on work across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical tasks with focus on quality and safety. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of service experience; RVIA certification is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-year service technician experience or related fields preferred.
• RVIA certification helpful but not required.
• Must furnish own hand/shop tools.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Willingness to lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document diagnostic tests and repair or replacement services.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance.
• Track parts and materials used in repairs.
• Keep supervisor apprised of work progress.
• Ensure final work meets quality standards and is inspected.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area.
